#1 Comparison

We’re wired to judge and compare ourselves and others -- but this default way of thinking leaves us out of touch with our own inner wisdom.

So how do you finally stop comparing yourself to everyone else around you, their stunning social feeds, and ever-upward trends?

First thing: remember you’re not seeing anything behind the scenes. All you have access to is a highly curated view.

Next: Get clear on who YOU are. If you aren’t sure what you need, how you work best, or where you’re trying to go, you’re not going to feel secure in the face of someone else’s success.

Finally: Drop the SHOULD. I venture, if you’re thinking you ‘should’ it’s because you saw someone else doing it, and think it’s the ‘right’ or best way. Not so. Replace your ‘should’ with ‘could’ and see what kind of space for possibility that creates for you.
